Restoring the Sent Items Folder

  First you create the filter that finds sent items. 
 1. Click Tools, Find, Advanced Find. Click All Fields in the first
     drop-down list, click Item Source, then click OK. 
 2. Make sure Sent appears in the second drop-down list box, then 
     click OK twice. Now you make the actual Sent Items folder. 
 3. In the GroupWise Find Results window, click File, Save As 
     Folder. Name the folder Sent Items, click Next, then Finish. 
     Close  the GroupWise Find Results window. 
     And last, you set the properties of the new Sent Items folder. 
4.  Right-click the new Sent Items folder in the Folder List, then click
     Properties. Specify the following settings for each 

        Properties tab: General 
        Folder name: Sent Items 
        Description: This is a find results folder that shows you all your 
                             sent items regardless of which folders they are in.
        Display Setting name: Sent Items Settings
        Description: These settings only apply to the current folder. 
        View by: Details 
        Sort by: Date 
        Sort order: Ascending 
        Item source: Sent 
        Columns: To, Subject, Date, Recipients#, Opened#, Deleted#, 
                        Accepted#, Completed#, Replied#, Folder (If you 
                        need to change any of these, click Edit Columns.)
        Find: Find items where Item Source is Sent 
        Look in: Click + next to the Mailbox folder to expand the folder
                       select your root folder (the one with your name next
                       to it), Mailbox, Calendar, Cabinet, and Work in 
                       Progress folders. 
 5. Click OK.
