Q. What services will the Help Desk provide? What hours will it be open? A. The Help Desk will provide user hardware and software support to faculty, staff and students of MaSU. The Help Desk will provide assistance with problems or repairs, exchange of computers in need of long term repair and check out of notebooks for part-time students. Help Desk hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Friday. During the school year you will be able to acess the Help Desk via it's web site over the Internet. This web site will have answers to the most common problems a notebook user encounters.
